Hello! I'm Kitty. Welcome to my blog!
First and foremost, I am not a teacher. I am a student of the Japanese language, and I'm a native English speaker. I'm here to share what I'm learning, as I'm learning it. This blog is basically a notebook where I keep all my study notes!
When I learn something new, or when I want to learn something new, I do research. Lots and lots of research. And then I cross-reference what I find to make sure it's as accurate as possible. Then I try to explain it in a way that makes sense to me, a learner, so that other learners can benefit from my research too.
Here at Learn With Kitty, you'll find lots to look at! I like to share my kanji memory tricks, new grammar, vocabulary lists, reading guides, and Duolingo study notes, along with other fun bits and pieces from the Japanese language. I even keep a journal in Japanese that you can read!
